LemonInfo is a freemium APP, and without advertising.
The APP is available for free in Google, Amazon and Apple Store.
Premium features are announced and can be purchased optionally at any time.
All data is stored on servers in Swiss data centers.
No customer data is evaluated or passed on.
The transmission of all communications is SSL encrypted.
The communication flows directly between the end devices (browser or APP) and the endpoints on our server.
No CI-relevant data is requested and collected or stored.
Our services are built and operated in accordance with the strict European DSGVO/GDPR standard.
The APP works with a local database and is offline. This means that even if our services are not reachable or available (e.g. for roaming, without internet, service interruption), the data is still available on the APP at all times.
In the current expansion phase, we support up to 90 simultaneous active portal users and transmit > 100,000 messages to the terminal device within one minute.
The service infrastructure is designed as a mass alerting system and can scale to several million active users by adding more worker processes.
Our infrastructure is completely redundant and has state-of-the-art backup systems. Of course, we can’t guarantee 100% availability, but we’re in the SAS’s usual region.
